4 stars! ****
Author: T.M. Frazier
Title: Tyrant (King #2)
I. Remember. Everything.
Only now I wish I didn't.
When the fog is sucked away from my mind like smoke through a vacuum, the truth that has been beyond my reach for months finally reveals itself.
But the relief I thought I would feel never comes, and I'm more afraid now than I was the morning I woke up handcuffed in King's bed.
Because with the truth comes dark secrets I was never meant to know.
I will put the lives of those I love most at risk if I let on that my memory has returned, or if I seek help from the heavily tattooed felon who owns me body and soul.
I don't know if I'm strong enough to resist the magnetic pull toward King that grows stronger every day.
He's already saved me in more ways than one. Now it's my turn to do whatever it takes to save him.
Even if that means marrying someone else...

Tyrant was still a very good read, although not as good as King. Everything was a bit weaker - the tension, storyline, emotions BUT it was still better than lot of (most of) other books I've read.
The story starts where KING ended. Ray/Doe/Pup is taken away by her father thinking she was betrayed by King and that King was arrested.
While Ray is trying to come to terms with the family she doesn't remember and a child she didn't remember giving a birth to, King fights with a fake cop and then he has to deal with Eli. A guy that wants King dead.
The ending was a bit too predictable. Not the almost end but the last two pages or so. While reading the almost end my eyes bugged out. I knew that something big had to happen but I didn't see that coming.
These are the only two books I read by T.M. Frazier and I'll definitely read more. I liked her style of writing - it wasn't overly crude or too sweet. I liked how she portrayed the characters - you (or at least I) can't help yourself but to fall in love with them, even though they are criminals. And she's one hell of a storyteller! I couldn't put the book away.
